Wanfeng's M1416 flame retardant is a halogen-free, environmentally friendly phosphorus-nitrogen composite retardant treated by special compounding and coating, complying with RoHS, REACH, and other environmental regulations. It has good dispersion and compatibility in rubber without affecting rubber properties. Its core advantage is a breakthrough in high-temperature resistance — with an ultra-high decomposition temperature >300℃, it withstands the high-temperature environment of rubber processing and vulcanization, does not decompose or volatilize at high temperature, and releases no toxic or harmful gases; during combustion it promotes the formation of a dense, stable char layer on the polymer surface, isolating heat and oxygen.
