    The ZX-83B, N-1416, and ZX-2312 flame retardants are halogen-free, environmentally friendly retardants. The product offers good flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing effects, low melt Mooney viscosity, and good flow properties, facilitating extrusion molding, and is especially suitable for rubber profile seals.

1. Rubber Flame Retardant

The ZX-83B, N-1416, and ZX-2312 flame retardants are halogen-free, eco-friendly retardants. They contain no asbestos, naphthalene or its derivatives, or other prohibited substances, and meet all environmental requirements for export. The product offers good flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing effects, low melt Mooney viscosity, and good flow properties, facilitating extrusion molding, and is especially suitable for rubber profile seals. In addition, the product increases the tensile strength and elongation at break of materials and improves the surface finish of products. The resulting products are heat-resistant and non-brittle, with excellent thermal stability, and offer smokeless combustion, non-toxic environmental friendliness, and non-bleeding. They have been widely used in EPDM rubber seals, halogen-free mining cable conveyors, and many other rubber products. This product is a greyish nanoscale powder with fully organically modified surface coating, providing excellent dispersibility and compatibility in rubber without affecting rubber properties, and fully adapts to various processing requirements of high-temperature rubber vulcanization.

Can be used with zinc borate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium   hydroxide, etc.; suitable for black or red compounds.

Greyish-white   powder, halogen-free eco-friendly flame retardant, suitable for rubber flame   retardation, can be used with zinc borate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium   hydroxide, etc.; suitable for black and red compounds. (Replaces the original   ZX-83Y retardant because ZX-83B has higher efficiency.)

ZX-2312

White powder,   halogen-free eco-efficient flame retardant with obvious smoke suppression;   rubber produced has excellent comprehensive properties, suitable for EPDM,   natural, nitrile, SBR and other rubbers; smokeless, non-toxic, eco-friendly;   applicable to white compound production.

60 phr; adjust   according to formulation and oil content

Light pink   powder, low-halogen eco-efficient flame retardant meeting EU environmental   standards, widely used in rubber; suitable for dark compounds.

3. Packaging, Storage & Transportation

1. Protect from moisture during storage and transportation.
2. Double-layer packaging with inner plastic bag and outer plastic woven film-coated bag, 25 kg/bag.
